When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than October 4, 2023. We have to get final numbers to all vendors at that time. If we don’t have your RSVP by then, we cannot guarantee you will have food or somewhere to sit.

Is there a dress code?

Dressy casual to semi-formal.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

When you go to RSVP on the wedding website, it will show how many seats we have reserved for your household. Please make sure all names are correct on the website.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We have included your kids in the guest count. It is entirely up to you if you want this night to be a kid free night or not. When you RSVP on the website, just please let us know if your kids will be attending as well. If they are, make sure their name is correct.

What time will the ceremony start?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4 pm sharp. It can take a few minutes to get from the parking lot to the ceremony site, so we would recommend arriving at 3:30 pm to avoid missing anything.

Will there be food at the reception?

Answer

Absolutely! We will have some hors d'oeuvres available for cocktail hour between the ceremony and reception. Dinner will be provided by Black Powder Smokehouse in Jamestown, NC.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

There will be a bar serving beer and wine, but the venue does not allow liquor on the premises (includes liquor you bring yourself). Due to the venue's policies, you will be asked to leave if staff suspects you are drinking liquor (going out to your car multiple times or drinking from a flask). However, you are welcome to enjoy the beer and wine we are providing as long as you are 21. Be prepared to show an ID to the bartenders.
