Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation to and from the rehearsal dinner, the welcome party, and the wedding will be provided. If you stay at a nearby beach house, please go to The Islander or the Lighthouse Suites if you want to ride the busses. Please see the schedule for exact pickup times for Friday and Saturday. Parking is also available at the Crytal Coast Country Club and The Watson House and Gardens if you choose to drive.

Can I bring the kids?

Answer

While we love your children (most of them anyway- says Merrick), we have decided to keep our wedding an adults-only event. Make it a date night or weekend!

What is the dress code?

Answer

The attire for the wedding is garden party cocktail, and hats are encouraged for women since the ceremony will be outside at 5 pm in the sun! The groomsmen will be wearing white linen; guests are encouraged to wear white linen suits.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will occur mostly outdoors and underneath the tent. Please note that the ceremony and cocktail hour will be on the grass, so choose your footwear accordingly! The welcome party on Friday will be both indoors and outdoors.

Typically, May on the Crystal Coast is beautiful. The average high is 77, and the low is 67. Hopefully, we don't have rain on Saturday!
