The ceremony will begin at 4:00PM. Pleas plan to arrive 15-30 minutes early to allow time for parking and seating.

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors on grass. The reception will be tented, but the space will remain open to the fresh air, and there will be spaces to mingle on the lawn as well.
