Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We’re so grateful to have so many wonderful people in our lives! Due to limited space, we’ve had to limit plus ones. If you’ve been given a plus one, it will be listed on your formal invitation and will appear when you RSVP. We appreciate your understanding!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids! However, we have decided to keep all events as adults-only celebrations with the exception of a few young adults in our immediate family. If your kids were invited, they will be listed on your formal wedding invitation.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Rehearsal Dinner Our dress code is cocktail attire: the middle ground between formal and casual - cocktail or mid-length dresses, collared shirt, dress pants, dress shoes. Keep in mind, we will be going directly from the church to dinner. Ceremony + Reception Our dress code is formal: floor-length, tea-length, or midi formal dresses, suit/tie or tux. With that in mind, we hope to see our guests HAVE FUN with fall floral patterns, textures, statement pieces, and more! Pull that item out of your closet that you "don't have an event to wear to"... unless it's white or denim. We can't wait to see you dressed to the nines! Please see the 'Outfit Inspo' tab if you need ideas.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

You will be able to access your RSVP through this website once formal invitations are sent out at the beginning of September. Please be sure to RSVP no later than October 4th! If you do not submit a response by this date, we will assume you are unable to attend and will not account for you in our final counts due to our vendors.

Question

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Most of our guests are from or live in St. Louis so we do not have any official room blocks. If you are looking for a place to stay and prefer downtown, Hotel Saint Louis, Hotel Indigo, or Four Seasons are all comfortable stays with great amenities. If you are looking for somewhere more central to St. Louis, you can't go wrong with a stay at 21C Museum Hotel or The Cheshire. There are also tons of Airbnbs available in all pockets of the city!

Question

Where do I park at the venues?

Answer

Rehearsal Dinner at The Hall at O+O: street parking available Ceremony at the Shrine of St. Joseph: street parking available Reception at Bayer Event Center: ample parking, use the main entrance to Missouri Botanical Garden and turn left to park in Bayer’s designated lot

Question

I have a dietary restriction, how should I notify the hosts?

Answer

If you have any allergies or special dietary needs, our caterers are more than happy to accommodate - we want you to be taken care of! There will be an area for you to note this when you RSVP.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the ceremony to ensure you are seated and ready for the ceremony to begin. We hope to start promptly at 5:00 pm so that we can soak up every minute of the rest of the evening!
