4:30PM - GUESTS ARRIVE Guests arrive at Swiftwater Cellars between 4:30 - 4:45pm. The venue offers parking onsite, or you may call for a shuttle if staying in the Suncadia Community. 5:00PM - CEREMONY Please note the ceremony will take place outside on the grass. Guests may wish to choose footwear suitable for lawn surfaces. 5:30PM - COCKTAIL HOUR Cocktail hour will be followed directly after the ceremony in the Cantina Room at Swiftwater. 6:30PM - RECEPTION Dinner will be served in the Swiftwater Room. 9:00PM - TIME TO DANCE!
