We have two room blocks set aside. 1. The Kimpton Eventi is our main hotel; where Jess and Dave are staying and where we will host breakfast on Sunday. There are king rooms and a limited number of doubles and suites available. 2. The Renaissance Hotel is located four blocks away and is a less expensive alternative. There are both king and double rooms available. The new Ritz Carlton Nomad is around the corner from the Kimpton for those looking for ultra-luxury. We do not have a specific room block at this location.
Let us know asap. Both hotels might be able to open up more rooms by request.
The only thing you are required to wear is a smile (corny, we know). We are calling it "black tie optional" and what we mean is: it's a Saturday pm in NYC and we plan to party :) Wear what you feel best in. Dresses of any length, suits or tux, it all works.
Yes! There is parking at the hotels and there will be comped valet parking right outside the venue at Pier 59 @ Chelsea Piers.
