When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than September 20th so we can get a final head count for our vendors.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 4:45pm. Ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Formal Attire Requested: Guys: Tuxes or suits; please no blue jeans. Ladies: Floor or midi length gowns, formal cocktail dresses or pant/jumpsuits. Ceremony will be outside in grass and the parking lot is gravel so keep that in mind when choosing footwear.

Are kids welcome?

We look forward to having our guests relax & enjoy an evening of celebration, so we respectfully request this be an adult-only occasion, with the exception of children in our wedding party.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will have a shuttle going from the hotel, Hampton Inn & Suites in Dobson, to the venue and back to the hotel following the reception. Please be in the hotel parking lot by 4:00pm as the shuttles will be leaving promptly at 4:15pm.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If 'and guest' or your plus-one's name is written on your wedding invitation, you can bring someone. See you and your plus-one on October 18th!
