The safety of our loved ones is our highest priority. We ask that each of our guests please be COVID-19 vaccinated and receive a negative PCR test 36 hours prior to the wedding.

Is there a room block at the venue hotel?

Answer

There is a discounted rate being offered to wedding guests through the link on our “travel” page. You may also call the resort to book your reservation and mention “Gerbolingo-Smith/Slinger Wedding Block” Hotel reservations are first come first served.

Will the wedding be outdoor?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be held outside on the beach. The reception will be inside the resort in the ballroom.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unless included on your invitation we will not be accepting plus ones.

Can I record or take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will be “unplugged.” Please do not have cell phones or devices out to take photos or record. We will have photographers and videographers working very hard to capture our very special moments.
