Corbin and I met at our mutual friend Tessa's birthday party! On the invitation, she wrote: “Come meet one new person!” — and Corbin took that literally. He walked up to me and said, “I haven’t met a new person yet!” We chatted for a while, and I was immediately interested (he was so cute and funny and sweet!). But then… he said he had to go do homework and left without asking for my number. (Devastating) Fast forward two weeks — our friend had seen us talking and was convinced we’d be a great match. I was still interested but assumed he wasn't (I mean, no number??). Thankfully, she convinced me to let her set us up on a date. And… it was perfect!!! Turns out, Corbin really did have homework and was just too nervous to ask for my number initially, but immediately regretted it after leaving (all is forgiven). And the rest is history!!!! — Since then, we’ve spent every second we can together, and it’s been the absolute best!!!! We are so excited to get married and spend the rest of our lives together!!!! Our posterity shall chant Tessa’s name forever.
