Hi I am a physicist currently working at IBM, working on quantum computing, magnetic memory and semi-conductor technology. I grew up in rural Bristol, Indiana. I spent most of my days outdoors in my backyard enjoying nature, and playing tennis. For college I moved to Cleveland, Ohio and attended Case Western Reserve University. There I started studying physics, learned to cook and bake with my friends and played a lot of Halo. After college I made my last major move to the San Francisco Bay Area. I did my PhD in physics at Stanford. When I wasn't running 10 5-hour energies for 50 hours of continuous experiments, I was beginning my Maker journey, doing olympic style mini-games and playing too many rounds of "Candy" on Nintendo land. After graduating, I started working at IBM. Then I met Shreya, and together we have been sharing hobbies, learning new life skills (like swimming and woodworking), traveling and falling in love.

I am Shreya I was born and raised in Uttarakhand India, just a short drive from the wedding venue! Growing up I was very studious, but spent my time outside of school with my family. After completing my undergraduate degree in India, I made the very tough decision to leave my home country and come to the US. I moved to Dallas,Texas in 2016 to pursue a masters degree in Computer Engineering. After finishing, I came to the San Francisco Bay Area, where I have made my home since. I am currently working on firmware at Broadcom. My studies left me little free time, so now that I am working, I have been making up for lost time and seeking out new experiences. Some of my favorites have been volleyball, ski diving and kayaking. I have also been trying to do some more traveling and have gotten to see some new states like Alaska, Oregon and Nevada and hope to visit Ohio soon! On a typical week, while outside of work you can find me video calling my family, doing yoga, weight lifting and bingeing a K-Drama.
