A shuttle will run to and from the hotels at specified times. The schedule is as follows: Shuttle to Venue: 3pm arrives at the COMFORT INN hotel 3:10 departs the COMFORT INN hotel and heads to the HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS 3:20 arrives at the HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS 3:30 departs hotel and heads to the VENUE 3:45 departs the VENUE and heads back to HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS 4:00 load and depart ASAP for the venue 4:15/4:20 arrive at the VENUE 4:30 CEREMONY BEGINS **please be ready and prepared as we are on a tight time schedule to get as much people to the venue as we can in time for the ceremony to begin** Shuttle Back to Hotels 9:30/10pm shuttle departs from the venue to either hotel (please tell driver) 11pm shuttle departs from the venue and heads to either hotel (again, please tell driver) 11:45 FINAL shuttle departs back to holiday inn express
