It offers ample parking and is just a short walk across 3rd Avenue to the venue. The entrance to the garage is on the north side of Monroe Street, just east of 3rd Avenue. -There is metered street parking surrounding the venue on Monroe Street, N. 3 Avenue, and N. 4 Avenue. -There are several pay lots nearby, their pricing varies from $20 to $40 for all-day parking. -The Burton Barr Library, located at 1221 N. Central Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85004, offers free parking.
