September 15th-18th For 3 nights, 4 days it will be $650/person (kids under 5 are free). That includes your stay for 3 nights, breakfast everyday, food + drinks sunday night, food and drinks monday at the wedding, tuesday bbq and drinks at the pool party, AND pizza making class + drinks that night! Villa Pitiana Hotel

Check in time is 4pm on the 15th. We have rented the entire Villa, so for 3 nights and 4 days we have it all to ourselves! This is where everyone will be staying. IMPORTANT NOTE: Please book your transfer from/to the train station or from the airport if you are not renting a car, well in advance and at least 14 days before wedding. Please send transfer (taxi) requests to/from Villa Pitiana to info@villapitiana.com and they will help schedule one for you!

Rome or Florence

FRIENDLY REMINDER: Double check that your passport doesn't expire within 6 months of traveling abroad! (before March 2025) You can choose to fly into Rome or Florence. Rome is a bigger airport and might be a little cheaper. It is a 1.5 hour train ride on the fast train to Florence, and then taxi to Tuscany. If you fly into Florence, it is a 60 minute drive to the venue in Tuscany, Villa Pitiana. Traveling by train is very safe, cheap and easy in Italy!

The fast train from Rome to Florence is 1.5 hours and is very cheap and easy, with a great view! Traveling by train is very safe and popular in Italy!
