FAQs

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

For Friday night there is no strict dress code! We expect people to be in casual attire, but maybe a little nicer than workout clothes. For the wedding, the dress code is cocktail attire. We'd love for you to dress up a little bit! For men this would mean a suit or slacks and a button-down shirt, tie optional. For women, a dress, pantsuit, romper, or similar.

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4 PM on September 6th, so we recommend arriving by 3:30 to find your seat and settle in.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors at the amphitheater and the reception will be outdoors under cover at the Riverview Pavilion. Be prepared to walk on grass, and please contact us or the Lodge about accessibility concerns. There will also be an after-party held indoors at the venue.

Question

Covid and other illness

Answer

If you have been exposed to or are experiencing covid or flu-like symptoms, please stay home and we can celebrate together another time. We will understand, just let Sara or Skyler know, and we appreciate everyone staying safe!

Question

Will there be dinner provided?

Answer

Yes! We will have a dinner buffet provided at the reception with vegetarian/vegan options.

Question

Is there an open bar at the wedding?

Answer

Yes!

Question

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! The hotel has a large parking lot available for use.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate the individuals who are specifically named on the RSVP. We kindly ask only those who are listed there attend. Thank you for your understanding!
