Our journey began in the most unexpected of places — a gym in Amarillo, Texas. Just a month after Nate relocated from Boston, our paths crossed, and an instant connection was formed. Skyler showed up to Tru Fit in full workout mode (messy hair, no makeup, etc.), and when the front desk found out she was new, they pointed her toward Nate to help get her started. He trained a mix of older clients/clients with specific needs but offered to help get Skyler started. (We think it was the "just rolled out of bed" charm.) Nate was very kind and respectful- so naturally, she signed up for personal training (just to be polite, of course😉). What we didn't know at the time, Skyler was texting her coworkers about how cute, and kind the trainer was... and he was doing the exact same thing. Nate sent her a Noah Kahan song to listen to, and she sent back a Taylor swift song in return. These two artists are still the couples daily music choices. Lets be honest- Taylor's on daily rotation (he gave up saying no to her a long time ago). Many dates later and dog play dates with Biscuit and Charli, everything seemed to fall right into place. We found a great partner in each other for all the adventures in life, and as we prepare to begin this next chapter as husband and wife, we are filled with gratitude for the love and support of our family and friends. It means the world to have you join us as we celebrate this special moment in our lives. Get ready to ugly cry like you're listening to All Too Well (10 Minute Version). -Cant wait to see everyone soon, Skyler and Nathan.
