About Us
Skyler, an over-caffeinated bibliophile and Kenna, a young business student - we were secretly set up by our friend, Emily (the officiant of our wedding!) Skyler spent his hours between shifts reading in our local Bellingham coffee shop, shamelessly distracting Kenna from her school work. And well - it worked. We began dating in 2017, in two years moved into our charming Portland apartment, and a year after that we welcomed two feline family members into our lives: Jake, and Sadie. Kenna decided to pursue fashion and her dream of living in NYC and Skyler was happy to be a part of the adventure! We packed up our lives, the cats, and moved to Manhattan. After the pandemic quieted and rent prices soared, we chose to cross the Hudson and move to Jersey City! Kenna graduated with a degree in fashion design from Parsons and works in fashion as a bridal stylist. Skyler has continued his brewing career and works at the Anheuser-Busch brewery in Newark. Soon 6 years will mark our wedding day!
