What time should I arrive?

Answer

If you're taking the bus from Coolfont Resort, it will get you there on time. If you're driving, please arrive no later than 3:45pm to be seated before the ceremony starts.

What should I wear?

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal. Think cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, suits, or blazers. Since the venue is completely outdoors, we recommend wearing comfortable shoes (heels may be tricky on grass!) and dressing appropriately for the weather.

Will the ceremony/reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The entire event will take place outdoors, so please plan accordingly for the weather. We suggest bringing a light jacket or wrap for the evening in case it gets chilly.

Can I take pictures during the Ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you keep your electronics away during the ceremony. We are having an unplugged ceremony so that everyone can be fully present in the moment. Our photographer will capture it all!

What is the bus schedule?

Answer

The bus will shuttle guests between Coolfont Resort and our venue. Pickup for the ceremony is at 3:00 PM from Coolfont. Return trips to Coolfont are at 8:30 PM and 10:30 PM.
