For your convenience, we recommend staying in downtown Kansas City, where you’ll be close to the reception and surrounding festivities. We will be providing specific hotel recommendations on the Travel tab to help you plan your stay.
Due to venue capacity and planning considerations, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally listed on each invitation. If you have been given a plus one, it will be indicated on your RSVP.
We kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding.
Parking at the venue is located behind the venue, but limited. The entrance is off of 16th and McGee. We encourage guests to utilize rideshare services, such as Uber or Lyft, whenever possible. This will help ensure that available parking remains accessible for guests who may need closer accommodations. We greatly appreciate your understanding and consideration.
We kindly request cocktail attire for the evening. We look forward to celebrating with you in style!
Cocktail hour will begin at 5:00 PM. We invite you to arrive then to enjoy drinks, mingle, and settle in before the reception continues.
Yes, a coat check will be available at the venue for your convenience. We encourage guests to take advantage of it, as January in KC can be quite cold.
Dinner will be served, more details to come. In addition, a variety of beer and wine will be available throughout the evening for your enjoyment.
Check back for more specific details but for those who wish to continue the celebration, an after party will follow the reception in Kansas City’s well-known Power & Light District (.3mi from the venue). We would love for you to celebrate with us into the night.
