Skyler’s close friend from elementary school. Skyler and Olivia grew up down the street from one another, and have fond memories of driving around in Olivia’s old Honda named Walter listening to music on a cassette iPod converter.

Eric’s close friend from Hoffman Estates who recently moved back to Illinois from California. Eric often tells stories about Peterson's memorable bachelor party, as well as his family where Eric learned how to cuss in a different language!

Skyler and Taylor met while working as therapists at Compass Health Center. Their friendship blossomed over a mutual love of Diet Coke and Chili’s chips and margaritas.

Brother of the Bride Eric and Jack have bonded over a love of sports and bourbon; so much so, Jack often introduces Eric as his friend instead of his sister’s fiancé, even when his sister is present. Skyler wouldn’t have it any other way, though.

Skyler and Heather met while working as therapists at Compass Health Center. Heather and Skyler’s friendship grew throughout Heather’s pregnancy with her first son, Marshall Henry. Heather is a straight shooter that always brings Skyler back down to Earth, and Skyler never says no to being Heather’s designated driver.

Lauren is Skyler’s cousin not by blood, but by choice. Lauren’s mom Cindy is a childhood friend of Skyler’s mom, and Lauren’s dad Dan is a childhood friend of Skyler’s dad. Lauren tells stories about remembering thinking Skyler was “cool”’growing up, which Skyler can’t believe is true but is incredibly grateful for.

Skyler and Amanda are middle and beyond school best friends. Skyler and Amanda have gone on so many adventures together, including camping in Wisconsin on Memorial Day weekend in blistering heat and freezing cold (depending on the year). Although their lives are busy, whenever they get together, it feels as though no time has passed. Shout out to Amanda’s dad, Mike, for taking Skyler and Eric’s engagement photos!

Brother of the Groom Al is Eric’s youngest brother. They both enjoy Marvel and Disney, and Eric has kept many pins Al has designed and had printed. Al is the kind of statues, so any statues you see at Skyler and Eric’s house are most likely due to Al’s ability to find them for a steal!
