Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, however; limited parking available. There will be a shuttle from a nearby hotel; best western in Woodland WA. If that isn’t your jam then please consider using ubering or carpooling.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There is a Best Western in Woodland WA (let us know if you book here and we can apply the discount). Theres also local Air BNBs, and McMenamins in Kalama and of course further away hotel options in Portland.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle between the Best Western in Woodland to the venue. If not this option then I recommend taking an Uber, driving/renting a car, or carpooling.

Semi-formal: river beach location and BBQ so use your best judgment!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Be there by 2 pm so as not to miss the ceremony which will start around 3-3:30. Reception is until 9 pm.

Will there be seating at the ceremony?

Answer

No, the ceremony will be standing and relatively short. Instead, We would like to focus much of our time boogying with our guests!

Is the ceremony unplugged?

Answer

The ceremony will be no phones/ videos as to avoid distractions and encourage being present.
