Relax by the Frio River March may be cool for full swimming, but many guests enjoy wading, picnicking, scenic views, and riverside photos. Great spots are along public river access near Garner State Park, and at nearby shallow areas.

One of the most beloved parks in Texas — great for hiking, picnicking, scenic river views, and nature walks. Trails range from easy strolls to panoramic overlooks like Old Baldy. March weather is perfect for outdoor exploration.
Frio Bat Flight Tours
Check for local bat flight tours near Concan/Frio Cave — these depend on timing and local schedules, but can be amazing in spring evenings.
