We’re getting married!

This story begins with two blushing teens on a busy Black Friday in 2019. Skylar was working at Dollar Western Wear when Zane and his parents walked in to shop. To this day, it's unclear who noticed who first, but it seemed like love at first sight. Despite the initial awkward encounter, with Skylar ducking behind boxes and racks, their story was about to take a wonderful turn. Zane kept coming back to the store, eventually leading him to start working there. It wasn’t long before they had their first date and officially started dating in February 2020. Ever the gentleman, Zane asked for Skylar's hand, recalling the moment he knew she was the one. A previously planned Dixie Chicks concert in Oklahoma provided the perfect setting for a surprise of a lifetime. Under the beautiful Oklahoma sky in July 2023, Zane romantically proposed.
