Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is formal. Men should wear dark colored suit and tie or tuxedo. Women should wear floor length or long dresses. Please no jeans or t-shirts. Our wedding is in November, but reception and ceremony will be indoors. There will be a coat check at the reception!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with planning, please RSVP as soon as possible after receiving the formal invitation, but before October 10th. There will be a deadline listed on the invitation. Unfortunately, if we don’t receive your rsvp by this date we will have to mark you as “not attending”. We need to provide the venue and vendors with a total guest count in a timely manner, thank you for understanding.

Are kids welcome?

As much as we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our reception as an adults only event. We are so excited to celebrate with you!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to event space max capacity, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you’ve received a plus one, they’ll be listed on your formal invitation and RSVP section on our website.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be free parking available at both St. Francis Xavier College Church and the Missouri Athletic Club. Complimentary valet will also be available at the Missouri Athletic Club.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Shuttle service will pick up at 5:00 and 5:40 PM at the Westin and at 5:20 and 6:00 PM at the Four Seasons to drop off at the Missouri Athletic Club. The shuttle will then be making continuous runs between the three hotels between 10:30PM and 12:00 AM. There will not be transportation provided to and from the church. However, Ubers are very abundant downtown should you need one!
