We whole heartedly believe in the Invisible String Theory in regard to our relationship. Skylar saw a photo of Nathan roughly a year before they started dating and thought to herself what a handsome man he is. Months later, Nathan requested to be Skylar’s Facebook friend. Weeks passed as we would heart each other’s photos back and forth hoping to gain each other’s attention. Skylar knew her Facebook profile was primarily filled with photos she wish her mom would’ve ran by her first, therefore she requested to follow Nathan on Instagram. To which we continued the passive attention seeking. Nathan finally decided to direct message Skylar “Hellooo.” Naturally, Skylar replied “Hello. I’ve been waiting for this.” A month passed of us getting to know each other via texting all day everyday. May 9th was our first date, a Thursday. The following Monday, May 13th, Nathan asked Skylar to be his girlfriend. From that point on we were inseparable, quickly realizing they were each other’s other halves. Despite these direct gestures, we slowly learned ways our paths could’ve crossed but didn’t. Our late dads were friends and often spent time together in our early childhood. Our mothers knew each other from working for the same company. Nathan was close with Skylar’s cousin Chase, and brought him home during high school, passing Skylar’s house often. We graduated a year apart from the same high school. There is several others and more to discover, but we know we were brought together at the right time for the right reasons. We can’t wait to start out forever, with our loved ones by our sides.
