FAQ

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Garden Party Attire Our wedding will be outdoors, surrounded by nature and the colors of spring—pastel shades of pink, blue, green, apricot, and lilac—so we invite you to dress in light, festive garden party style. For the Ladies: Think sundresses, florals, or soft pastel ensembles. We recommend shoes that won’t sink into grass or gravel, especially for the ceremony. For the Gentlemen: No suits required—only the groom will be in one! Slacks and a dress shirt are perfect. Feel free to add a fun touch with a tie or bowtie. (Groomsmen will be wearing suspenders and matching bowties—no jackets.)

Question

The hotel block reservation is for two nights by default, but I only need to stay for one night.

Answer

There is actually an edit button on the dates in the hotel block registration page. You can edit down your stay down to just one night that way and it should come out to $148-160 per night with our group discount, depending on if you choose a room with one queen or two. (I wasn't sure if people would prefer to stay the night the night before the wedding or the night after, so I blocked out both!)

Question

Michelle, my floral dress is mostly colorful flowers but it has a white background. Is this okay?

Answer

This is a common question I'm getting from guests since so many cute floral dresses have white backgrounds! My dress is completely white so I'm not too concerned about this. If you're still unsure though feel free to text me a photo!
