Sky and Mack first met on a trip for work. Although both are quiet by nature they were quick to share laughs and realized they had a lot in common. Out on overnights with the crew they got along well real quick. Sneaky as Sky was she asked the other flight attendant to find out if Mack was single. Sky became sick on this trip, and at the time Mack would often stop at a nearby ramen restaurant on his way home after work. He invited Sky to join him because ramen always makes one feel better. Unfortunately, she said she was feeling too unwell to join, so they exchanged contacts and decided to meet up again sometime soon. Shortly after this trip, and some conversations with each other, Sky might have done some social media stalking with her mom and told her he was the one. After a few weeks and schedules finally lining up, they found an evening to meet up for an evening of some drinks and board games at a local bar. They quickly became inseparable after. The days of Covid brought Sky and Mack closer together by spending lots of time running and watching their favorite TV shows. Since then they have spent a lot of time on the golf course and going on trips around the country and world. After a year of teaching, I decided to become a flight attendant. This was the be st decision of my life because it led me to Mack. We met on a four day trip at work where I had my friend do some investigating to figure out if he was single. I thought he was so incredibly cute and nice. On that trip, I ended up getting strep throat and an ear infection. So, when Mack and I got back to Phoenix, he asked if I wanted to get Pho. As much as I wanted to go, I felt like garbage, so I made my move by asking for his number and Snapchat. After about 2 weeks we went out for drinks and I just KNEW he was the one. Shortly after our first date, I visited my parents in Wyoming. I told my mom, maybe after some social media stalking, that I found my husband. After 3 months of dating I moved in to his place. It’s been the best 3.5 years of my life. We made it through Covid and not working for several months, I know we are going to happily make it though the rest of our lives.
