Above are photos of some of the stone stairs at the venue. Please wear appropriate footwear.
Question

What should I wear?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are outside with lots of stone stairs and uneven ground. Please wear shoes that you feel comfortable and confident in. Attire should be semi-formal. The color pallet is pastel, but feel free to wear any color. However, please refrain from wearing white or blue.

Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be greatly missed! But if you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no" on this website so that we can plan accordingly.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

No later than April 15, 2023, please. This will allow us to make final decisions on catering and any rentals that require a headcount. Thank you.

Question

What if it rains?

Answer

Ceremony will take place rain or shine :) Please plan according to the weather forecast.

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are currently registered at Amazon and Target for mainly household items. Cash gifts are also welcome if you would like to contribute to our honeymoon.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend you arrive a half hour before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is on time.

Question

Where can I park?

Answer

There will be plenty of space for parking on site.

Question

Will there be a meal at the reception?

Answer

There will be a buffet style macaroni and cheese bar with a chosen protein, vegetables and a salad.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is a 21 and over adults only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so that everyone can relax and celebrate with us.

Question

How long will pictures take after the ceremony?

Answer

We will be doing a first look before the ceremony so that we can take as many pictures at that time as possible. However, family pictures will take place after the ceremony, and we hope it won’t take more than 45 minutes. Reception will start around 4:15pm and there will be cocktails available. Dinner will be served around 5pm

Question

What time is "last call" for drinks?

Answer

9:00 PM

Question

What time do we need to be out of the venue?

Answer

No later than 11pm

Question

Can I take and post photos of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos and video during the ceremony. We will have a photographer and would like our ceremony to be as "unplugged" as possible. Please feel free to take photos at the reception. And should you choose to post, we'd love for you to use the hashtag #StuartSoiree so that we can find your photos later!

Question

Are there handicap accessibilities?

Answer

There is a sidewalk area for car drop offs down to the reception area.
