FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 1, 2026

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal: Lightweight, daytime fabrics, but still polished - think suits, dress pants with jackets (ties optional), knee-length dress or dressy separates. Wear colors and patterns that speak to you! You may need a light jacket if it gets chilly.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 1:15 pm as the ceremony will begin promptly at 1:30 pm. Be mindful of traffic conditions and allow time for parking.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors under the Rotunda at The Palace of Fine Arts. We're hoping for warm, early fall San Francisco weather, but it may be windy. Please check the weather and dress appropriately. Our reception will be held indoors at Original Joe's North Beach. Bring a jacket to travel as it can get cooler in the evening.

Question

Is transportation provided?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. Uber/Lyft is readily available and encouraged. Parking for the ceremony and reception is limited.

Question

Where can I park?

Answer

The Palace of Fine Arts: Street and lot parking is open to the public and limited. Original Joe's North Beach: Several parking lots are within 2 blocks. Valet is available, as well as metered street parking (free after 6p). Please be careful to not leave any items visible in your car. Break-ins unfortunately do occur!

Question

Can I bring kids or a plus one?

Answer

We've accounted for all guests as stated on your RSVP as seating is limited at our venues. Unfortunately, we cannot make additional accommodations.

Question

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! Accommodations will be available at The Hyatt Regency SOMA. Please check the "Travel" section to make your reservations.

Question

Are pictures allowed at the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We kindly ask that you keep our wedding "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos during the ceremony. After commencement of the ceremony and during our reception, you may take photos and videos at liberty.
