Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids — we really do, but we want our wedding to be your night off! Any children or babies who show up will be escorted off of the premises by a beefy bouncer.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

When you RSVP it will indicate whether or not you have a guest.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Indoors! All festivities, including the ceremony and reception, will take place inside Smic's at 1200 K St Suite 8, Sacramento, CA 95814.

Where do I park?

Answer

As the venue is located in Downtown Sacramento, finding parking can be a little difficult. We recommend taking a Lyft/Uber, or carpooling if possible. Most street parking is by the hour, but there are a number of parking garages in the area. We frequent the paid parking garage on 10th and L St. at this address: 1020 11th St, Sacramento, CA 95814

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

No, since the majority of our guests are local, we didn't reserve a hotel block, but there are a number of excellent hotels within walking distance of our venue. We've listed some on our "HOTELS" page.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We're accepting donations towards our honeymoon & for the more tangible gift crowd, you can view our registry on the "REGISTRY" page. We are not registered at any specific stores.

Can I take pictures of the wedding?

Answer

We ask that no one take photos during the ceremony, as we've paid a professional to do so and we want to see all of your lovely faces in those photos. As soon as the ceremony is over, take as many photos and videos as you want! Use #skyfferson when posting to social media, so everyone can find photos in the same place!

Will there be food?

Answer

There won't be a sit-down meal, but tasty small bites will be made available for our guests to chomp on and enjoy.

Open bar?

Answer

A limited number of drinks will be available on the house (about 2 per person), but after those are gone, you can open a tab.
