What's the dress code?

Answer

Country Formal - Midi or full length dress with a western touch. Trousers in a coordinating color or dark, dressy jeans. Suit or blazer is up to you. Cowboy boots. Cowboy hats are encouraged.

How close to the Brides color is too close?

Answer

Do NOT wear white. Shades off white, off-white, eggshell, ivory, cream or other light hues are too close to the bride - please avoid these.

What is the bridal/grooms party wearing?

Answer

The bridal party will be wearing eucalyptus green. The grooms party will be wearing maroon.

Do I bring the bride & groom anything?

Answer

Gifts and cards are welcome, however they will not be opened at the reception. They will be opened in the privacy of our home as newly weds!

Can I take pictures with my phone?

Answer

We have hired a photographer. Please refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony and just be present in the moment with us. Pictures from the wedding will be shared so please keep the phones in your pockets or purses. This will be an unplugged ceremony.

What will the weather be like?

We know there is no predicting the weather, but we are expecting sunny and 68 degrees.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have provided two options for your stay under the travel tab, these are hotels close to the venue. We will not be covering any travel fees or stays for guests so please book at your discretion.

Can I brink my kids?

Answer

Kids are welcome, if you plan on bringing them please add them to your RSVP so we can get an appropriate head count.

How should I get there?

Answer

Parking is available but it is a walk to the venue. If you plan on drinking please order an uber or plan ahead.

Can I bring my own drinks?

Answer

Please do not bring your own drinks. The venue does not allow shooters and we do not want to cause any trouble. There will be a bar providing beer and a specialty mixed drink.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4pm. We would like everyone to be seated at 3:45 so the ceremony can begin on time. The earliest you can arrive on site is 3:00.

Where should I sit?

Answer

We would like the first two rows to be reserved for immediate family. So please start seating behind the second row of chairs.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

The invitation will let you know if you are allowed a plus one. We are trying to maintain a budget for the wedding so please understand if we can't accept everyone's plus one.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by AUGUST 1st. We will not accept rsvp's after that deadline since we have vendor and venue deadlines.
