Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?

Yes! Our ceremony and reception will both take place at Botanica in Oceanside.

Please plan to arrive 15-30 minutes early so you have time to get settled before the ceremony begins.

Can I bring a plus one?

If your invitation includes a plus one, they are absolutely welcome! Due to space limitations, we're only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation.

While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. Thank you so much for understanding!

Is there a hotel room block?

Answer

Yes! We've secured a room block at Springhill Suites by Marriott San Diego Carlsbad at a discounted rate of $369 per night (two-night minimum stay). Please see the "Travel" page for the reservation details and additional hotel options.

What's the best airport to fly into?

Answer

We recommend flying to San Diego International Airport (about 45 mins to Oceanside). The closest airport is the McClellan-Palomar Airport (CLD) in Carlsbad (about 15 mins to Oceanside), which offers limited commercial flights.

Will transportation be provided?

Yes, shuttles will run to and from the hotel (room block reservations) - more details to come.

Can I drive to the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is ample parking at the venue. Guests are also welcome to leave their car at the venue overnight (gated parking lot) and must pick it up on Saturday between 10am-12pm.
