While not included in our room block, Disney’s Beach Club Resort, Disney’s Yacht Club Resort, and the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels are the next most convenient options and are all within walking distance of the venue.

Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista - Disney Springs Area
This hotel is located approximately 10 minutes from the wedding venue. Guests can also take advantage of shuttle transportation to and from the Disney parks, which can be reserved online. For transportation to the wedding venue, you can use Disney Resort bus at Disney Springs that is going directly to the Boardwalk Inn. **This hotel is located on Disney property, it is not owned or operated by Disney, and the wedding room block discount will not apply for reservations here**

Orlando International Airport
The closest airport to the wedding venue is Orlando International Airport (MCO), located approximately 20–25 miles from Walt Disney World. Most Disney resorts and venues are about a 20–30 minute drive from the airport, depending on traffic. Rental cars, rideshare services (Uber/Lyft), and shuttle transportation are readily available to bring you to and from the airport.

Orlando Sanford International Airport
For guests traveling from the West Virginia and Maryland panhandle area, flights are available to this airport from Hagerstown Regional Airport. Please note that this airport currently operates limited service, with flights arriving and departing only on Mondays and Fridays. The drive to the Disney area from this airport typically takes about 45–60 minutes depending on traffic.
