It's a tale as old as time... Where two people meet through the internet after a missed connection from across the bar. What started out as a casual drive around Aberdeen, SD to get to know each other turned into 6 hours of constant talking until 3AM before Skye had a long drive to Kansas. After 3 weeks of dates, talking, and quality time... Caleb asked Skye to be his girlfriend on March 30, 2023 which turned into a whirlwind romance. After 5 LOOOOOOOONNNNNNNNGGGGGGGG months of dating, Skye and Caleb found out they were pregnant on September 2nd, 2023. Through pregnancy, moving in together, welcoming our sweet baby boy, and navigating parenthood we fell even more in love. On a Christmas trip to California, Caleb surprised Skye with a beautiful proposal in the breathtaking Yosemite National Park on December 23, 2024. The proposal was exactly what both Caleb and Skye wanted with a beautiful scenery and surrounded by family.
