Can I bring a date/plus-one?

Answer

As much as we’d love to include everyone, we’re keeping things small and intimate, so we’re only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. Thank you for your understanding!

Smoking and Vaping Policy.

Answer

Our venue has a STRICT no-smoking and no-vaping policy on the property, including the ceremony and reception areas. If anyone is caught smoking or vaping in unauthorized areas, a fine will be applied, so please be mindful. For those who do smoke, we’ve provided a designated smoking area located outside the venue gates. Since the event is held at the Girl Scouts’ home base, there may be young Girl Scouts around, so we ask that you please respect the area and use it appropriately. Thank you for your cooperation!

Are kids welcome at the wedding?

We absolutely love your little ones, and we hope you know this was not an easy decision. We wish we could invite everyone, but due to space and logistics, we’re keeping things adults-only. We hope this gives our guests a little getaway and time to enjoy the celebration without distractions. Thank you for understanding and making arrangements, it means the world to us!

What do I wear?

Answer

Semi-Formal. Our theme is Rustic Boho think Flowy, stylish, and a bit polished, think maxi dresses, florals, earthy tones, and smart-casual suits. Dressy sandals or loafers welcome, ties optional. It’s relaxed elegance with a bohemian twist. We’ll be outdoors for the ceremony and cocktail hour, so dress comfortably. Please keep in mind our Bridesmaids and Groomsmen will be wearing shades of green.

Will there be parking available?

Yep, there’s plenty of parking at the venue, no need to stress! But if you can, grab your crew and carpool! It’s better for the planet and gives you more time to hype each other up before the party starts.

What’s for dinner?

Answer

Dinner will be a fully gluten-free taco feast! We’ll have el pastor(pork) asada(beef), and vegan potato & veggie tacos, served with beans, rice, chips, salsa, and guacamole. Come hungry!

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes! We will be serving 805 Cerveza, White and Red wine, Signature whiskey sour and one Signature Margarita Mocktail! We will also have Aguas Frescas, Sodas, and Water.

Will there be snacks?

Yes! We will have personal Charcuterie boxes for everyone during cocktail hour.
