What is the attire?

Answer

Garden‑Cocktail Attire: Polished but outdoor‑friendly. Light, seasonal colors and fabrics; floral or tailored dresses, jumpsuits, or lightweight suits. Choose block heels, wedges, or dressy flats suitable for grass. If there are further questions about attire, please reach out to us!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony venue?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 2pm, so please try to arrive at least 30 minutes early to allow time to get seated and settled before the ceremony begins.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes, we are registered! We have a honeymoon fund that is located under the registry tab on the website if you would like to give money or we are registered on amazon at https://www.amazon.com/wedding/share/Sargeant2026 .

How many people can I bring with me?

When you go to RSVP it will show everyone included in your party! If there are any questions, please reach out to us!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be open parking for the ceremony! The reception venue will have a parking attendant directing cars to spaces. If there is need for assistance, the venue has golf carts available to transport those who need help.

What time will the reception end?

The reception venue wants the party to be over at 10:00pm sharp, last call for the bar will occur at 9:30pm.

Will phones be allowed during the ceremony?

Answer

Please try to refrain from cell phone usage and turn cell phones off or on do not disturb as these may be a distraction for the ceremony. If you would like to record the ceremony, please let us know beforehand so we can make accommodations. Accommodations could include having you stand in the back of the room in order to not be a distraction and so you will not be in frame of our photographer.
