Question

Are the ceremony space and the reception space in the same area on the property?

Answer

No. They are in two different areas

How do guests get from the ceremony to the reception area

Answer

The ceremony space and the reception area are in separate areas at the venue. There is a clear walking path that guests can take from one area to the other. The walking path does have various sets of stairs. Guests can also drive their car to reception area or take a shuttle provided by the venue. The shuttle accommodates 10 people at a time.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

There will be a brunch on Sunday morning at the venue, which all guests are invited to attend, even if they are not camping overnight. More to come on possible Friday night events.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

The food will be buffet style. The meal will have vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, nut-free, and soy-free options and will be almost entirely gluten-free. We will have a spot on our RSVPs for your write any dietary requests. We will follow up with you if we have additional questions!

No--but we would certainly love it if you did :)

How do I let the couple know that I'm camping?

Answer

We will have a spot on the RSVP. If you are unsure at the time of responding, that is okay. We would like to know at latest 2 weeks* from the wedding date your decision so we can plan the sites accordingly. *If you need gear, then you will need to let us know at latest 4 weeks from the wedding date!

I'm from out town and want to camp. Is there a way to do this without bringing gear from home?

Answer

YES! We are happy to help all our out town friends and family find camping gear for them to camp at the venue on Saturday. Please let us know and we will talk to you about options

Can I camp in a car/van/trailer?

Answer

Yes and please let us know so we can get you a specific site for that! There are no RV hook ups onsite.

Question

If I'm camping in a motor vehicle, do I need to come on Friday to set it up?

Answer

No. The couple will let you know a more specific time on Saturday on when to come.
