Is there a dress code?

Yes, it is a Black-Tie Event. Please wear-floor length gowns, tuxes with black neckties or bowties.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 5:30 so we can begin on time.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot directly across the street from the venue.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a block of room at the Loews Hotel Philadelphia. The hotel has a Joseph Anthony Salon on site where you can schedule to get your hair and makeup done. The hotel also offers on-site parking.

Is there transportation from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle from the Loews Hotel Philadelphia to the Ballroom at the Ben. The shuttle will depart from the Loews Hotel by 5:15 to get you to the ceremony on time. There is only one chance for guests to take the shuttle, so please be in the hotel lobby before 5:15. If you miss the shuttle, the venue is in walking distance or you can take an uber.
