If you'd like to participate in the golf outing, plan to arrive either Thursday night or Friday morning (first tee time will be around 11:00am) and bring a change of clothes as needed for the welcome dinner that will follow. If you plan to come only for the ceremony and reception, plan to arrive Friday night or Saturday morning. There are no official events planned for Sunday morning, so depart when the price of flights is right.
We have chosen not to include kiddos in the wedding day events, but we have arranged for babysitters to be at the hotel. Please RSVP using the QR code from the 'save the dates'. The babysitters are all vetted and personally known by the wedding planner.
The ceremony itself will be in grass, so maybe save the stilettos for the reception.
