FAQs

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We encourage guests to wear black tie attire, bright summer colors encouraged. Formal dress code for women includes floor length gowns, tea-length, and midi dresses. For men this includes suits and tuxes (please no jeans).

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin punctually at 4 o’clock in the evening. Please arrive no later than 3:50pm or you will sadly not be seated during our ceremony.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our reception as an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Question

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outside (weather-permitting). The cocktail hour and reception will take place indoors.

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an “unplugged ceremony” (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say “I do”. We have hired professionals who will capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many pictures and videos as you can!

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please kindly RSVP by June 15th, 2026!

Question

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding please indicate your regrets on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

Question

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar during cocktail hour, and a cash bar the remainder of the night.

Question

Can I bring my own adult beverages?

Answer

We will have a bartending service who will be handling the beverages. Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages onto the premises.

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

If you are planning on staying at the Wylie Inn, feel free to use their parking lot. If you are attending the ceremony and reception only, there will be a valet service to ensure enough space for everyone!

Question

Do you have a wedding registry?

Answer

Since we have lived together for so long and have accumulated more than we need, we are not doing a traditional registry. If you wish to contribute to our honeymoon fund, that would be greatly appreciated!
