Wedding Ceremony

4:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Black Tie

The Ceremony and Cocktail Hour are outdoors and the Reception is tented! We suggest shoes to walk in grass (ie. block heels, flats, etc). Please note golf carts will be available. If you are driving yourself, the venue is a 30-minute drive from downtown Annapolis. Do NOT put "Whitehall Manor" into your GPS--you must write the exact address "1915 Whitehall Road" or it will take you somewhere else.

Cocktail Hour

5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

The Cocktail Hour is also outdoors and just steps away from the Ceremony. We suggest shoes to walk in grass (ie. block heels, flats, etc). Please note golf carts will be available.

Reception

6:00 pm - 10:30 pm

The Reception is tented and just a short walk from Cocktail Hour! We suggest shoes to walk in grass (ie. block heels, flats, etc). Please note golf carts will be available. Buses will depart throughout the evening back to all hotels, with final buses departing at 10:30PM from the venue.

After Party

Shuttles from the Reception will stop at the Hotels and then the After Party. Wristbands will be distributed when exiting the bus and are needed to access wedding party bar tab. Beyond the bar tab, it will be CASH BAR!

Shuttles to Hotels & After Party

10:30 pm

Shuttle bus service will depart from Whitehall Manor at 10:30PM and will stop at all Hotels (Westin, Graduate, Annapolis Waterfront) and the After Party. Please note on your reply card which hotel you wish to depart from!
