Question

So, are you guys still getting married?

Answer

Yes. Just not as we originally planned. We have made the difficult decision to postpone our March 28, 2020 wedding celebration and related activities due to the coronavirus outbreak. We value your health and safety and we would not feel comfortable putting anyone at risk. We are currently evaluating alternate dates with our venue and vendors. We will be having a small ceremony with our families on March 14 at Sarah's parents' home in Athens. It is certainly not what we planned, but we are so excited to start our married life together. While we are having a legal ceremony tomorrow, we very much want to share this event with all of you as we originally intended. We are very excited to celebrate with you in the near future. We will keep you updated regarding our rescheduled party details.

Do you guys always wear matching outfits?

Answer

Unfortunately no. Only for special occasions.

Will Trevor and Willow be at the wedding?

Answer

Unfortunately no. The Botanical Garden does not allow dogs on the grounds.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Wear whatever you like! If you have a favorite ensemble with some tropical flair it would not be out of place.

Is there parking at the Botanical Garden?

Answer

Yes! You can see helpful maps at botgarden.uga.edu. We also recommend taking a Lyft-- there are many ride share options in Athens.

Are either of your changing your last name?

Answer

We have both decided to keep our current last name.
