Yes! We've reserved a special room block at the beautiful Beachview Inn & Spa. Our guests can contact us directly via text and we'll be happy to help them find the perfect accommodations for their stay.

Rain or shine, the celebration continues! Please bring umbrellas if rain is in the forecast.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be a beautiful beachside celebration, so we suggest wearing flat-soled shoes or wedges to navigate the sand comfortably. Following the ceremony, we'll continue the festivities in the hotel's charming outdoor courtyards for our reception.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving at the venue one hour before the ceremony begins. The ceremony is located just a two-block walk to the 19th Street/Chatham beach access, this will ensure that all guests are comfortably seated in plenty of time for our special day.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place at the Beach at 19th Street/Chatham Access, and we'll be celebrating our reception at the Beachview Inn and Spa. We can't wait to share these beautiful locations with our loved ones!

Will there be transportation from the venue to the beach ceremony location?

Answer

Yes, transportation will be available for guests who need assistance to the ceremony location. The venue also has free bikes, we will have rented golf carts, and carpool attendees to and from the venue.

What happens after the ceremony?

After the ceremony, we ask everyone to remain at the beach for photos. Afterward, guests can head back to the venue for cocktail hour.

Will dinner be served at the reception?

Yes! We are thrilled to share a wonderful, plated dinner catered by Erica Davis, surrounded by our cherished family and friends.

Yes! We're committed to ensuring every guest enjoys a delicious meal. Simply inform us of any dietary needs in advance, and we will inform our caterer.

Early May is warm in the day and can get cool in the evening. Recommend a light sweater.
