This airport is the largest and cheapest airport to fly into. You can rent a car at the airport and drive the scenic route to Crested Butte (4 hour drive)

Gunnison is 30 miles outside of Crested Butte. If you dont want to drive from Denver to Crested Butte, we recommend flying into either Gunnison Airport or Montrose Airport (1.5 hours from Crested Butte)
