Travel Note

Location Information

The Tri-Cities is comprised of 3 smaller cities: Richland, Pasco and Kennewick, with West Richland and Benton City being close as well. We recommend staying in any of these cities. The venue is in Benton City (Red Mountain wine region), but if you choose to stay in any of the other local cities, it is hard to be more than a 20 minute drive away so you shouldn't have any issue.

Vehicle Information

Uber/Lyft/Rideshares are not readily available out here, please do not plan to rely on them. If you're not wanting to rent a car (which we recommend first), we recommend contacting a local car service company, TC Black. They are the best local option, and truly awesome people too :) However, they do tend to book up quick.

Tri-Cities Airport

There are 4 rental companies in the airport: Budget, Enterprise, Avis, and Hertz. This is where we recommend renting your vehicle. If you're wanting to share a rental car with someone but not sure who, please let Savannah or Jordan know. We can try and help facilitate carpools.

Located along the Columbia River. Roughly a 20 minute drive to the venue.

Courtyard Richland Columbia Point

Located along the river. Roughly 20 minutes to the venue. Property does not offer hotel blocks, but please click on "View" button (for Courtyard Richland Columbia Point property - the closer option) to receive 15% off regular running hotel rates. Offer can be used over the phone as well, just ask for "wedding discount".

Flight

Tri-Cities Airport

There is one airport in the area, so we recommend flying in here. You can fly into Seattle or Portland, however it will require a roughly 3.5 hour drive.
