The resort requires a three-night minimum stay for our wedding weekend, with guests planning to stay from August 20–23. Feel free to arrive earlier or depart later if you'd like to extend your trip—many of us are turning this celebration into a full vacation!
All guests must book their accommodations through the Shaadi Travel link provided on this website in order to receive the resort’s discounted wedding group rates and the wedding wristbands required for access to all wedding events at the resort.
At Hard Rock, complimentary shared airport transfers are available for guests staying three or more nights, with two free transfers per room. Each transfer includes space for one checked bag and one carry-on per person. For guests not qualifying for complimentary transfers, shared round-trip transfers can be purchased for $100 per person. Families traveling with young children can request car seats for children ages 5 and under, available for an additional $30. Guests also have the option to remove these seats or bring their own. Alternatively, ride share apps remain a convenient transportation option.
