Question

What should I wear for each of the events?

Answer

On Friday, we will be having tacos and drinks outside from 6pm-10pm. We don't have a forecast yet, but since we will be outside for the entire night, please dress accordingly! The dress code is casual. On Saturday, the ceremony + cocktail hour will be outside, and the reception + dancing will be inside. The dress code is cocktail attire, and please feel free to bring an extra shawl/wrap/coat for the portion of the event that will be outside! The ceremony spot is also up on a hill so please be wary of that while you pick your shoes. If needed, we can also provide transportation up the hill in a golf cart. On Sunday, brunch will be inside Mable's and the dress code is casual.

The hotel also has lots of walking trails that you should feel free to check out! There is also a sauna onsite, some board games inside the lobby, and a fire pit outside :)

Are there other accommodations close to the venue?

Answer

Unfortunately, there are no other hotels in the immediate area, but a few options are available 10+ miles from the Lodge at Marconi. We’ve secured a competitive group rate at the Lodge and would love to have you all stay with us! If you're exploring other options, feel free to reach out for recommendations.
