Are children allowed?

We love all your kiddos, but this will be an adult only event.

What is the dress code?

We request that you dress business casual. No suits or ties needed.

What is provided for dinner?

Answer

We will be having a BBQ style dinner. you will be able to choose between smoked chicken, brisket and pulled pork. if you have any dietary restrictions/allergies, please let us know ASAP.

where and when is the ceremony/reception?

We will send out formal invitations closer to the date that includes addresses, but it will be on October 3rd, 2026 in Logan, Ohio.

what time should we arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Parking is very limited at Ash cave and as it'll be peak tourist season, we recommend arriving 20-30 minutes early to find parking and to explore.

When should we RSVP by?

Answer

We will send out formal invitations around June, but we'd appreciate it if all RSVP's submitted no later than August 14th, 2026.

Is there a timeline?

Answer

due to our permit, guests are limited so you will get the ceremony time on the invitations. but the reception hall will be open at 430pm, with a cocktail hour around 5pm, and things will wrap up around 10pm.
