Take Boat Basin Pl to Marina Rd The Sterling Driving Directions from New York: Queens Midtown Tunnel to Long Island Expressway (495), Exit 41S (Hicksville 106-107) Follow the sign for 107 South. Continue south on 107, The Sterling is approximately 4 miles on the right hand side. Queens Midtown Tunnel to Northern State Parkway to exit to Exit 35S to 107 South, follow above directions.
