When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you please RSVP as soon as you can, but no later than June 30th. If you do not RSVP by June 30th, we will assume that you will not be in attendance. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions!

Will there be a transportation service to and from the wedding?

Answer

Yes. The shuttle will pick up from the Courtyard by Marriott Harrisburg West/Mechanicsburg at 1:55 p.m. and 2:45 p.m. There will only be two pick ups to drop off at the ceremony to be seated by 3:20 p.m. There will be two pick ups at the end of the night at the venue to drop off at the Courtyard by Marriott Harrisburg West/Mechanicsburg. One will be at 9:30 p.m. and the other at 10:10 p.m. Uber services are also available in the area and it is recommended that you call an Uber 20/30 minutes before you would like to be picked up.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Dressy casual! It can be causal, cocktail, or semi formal dresses/jumpsuits/pant suits. The wedding will be in a barn! Honestly whatever you’re comfortable in, there’s no real strict guideline. For men, think khakis or slacks, button ups, a tie, or a sports coat! Please wear what you are comfortable in, but please do not wear jeans. We also ask that you please do not wear Eucalyptus Green as this is the color bridesmaids will be wearing. If you have any questions, please reach out!

Is there an open bar?

Will the celebrations be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting), and the reception will be a mix of indoor and outdoor spaces.

Are kids allowed at the wedding?

Answer

To help everyone kick back and enjoy the evening, our wedding will be adults-only—except for our flower girl, who’s got a special role to play. We can’t wait to celebrate with you all!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

While we wish we could celebrate with everyone, due to space limits, we can only accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If you have any questions, please reach out to us directly!

Is there a registry?

Answer

Yes! Please click the Registry tab at the top of the page. We are also asking for cash funds for a newlywed fund if you would prefer to give a cash gift.

Can I leave my vehicle parked overnight at the venue?

Answer

Yes, but you must pick it up on Sunday morning no later than 10:00 a.m.
