Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Dec 20th is our deadline to RSVP. If you don't RSVP before that date, we cannot guarantee your seat at the wedding and you may be placed in wedding jail. What is the dress code?

Answer

We ask that you dress semi-formal. Bright colors, fabulous energy and dance-floor comfortable is encouraged.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We respectfully are limiting children at our celebration. Please let us know ahead of time if you plan to bring your child with you to San Diego and would like help finding childcare for the wedding day. Note that we are going to be hosting a beach day the following Saturday and we welcome everyone to that!

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

No you may not. We will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy drinks throughout the entire event with beer, wine, and select liquors. Please note that there is free parking next to the venue, and you can leave your car overnight should you overindulge. The venue is also located in an easy area for ubers/lyfts.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive anytime after 3:15 but no later than 3:50 as the ceremony will start at 4pm exactly. If you arrive late we ask that you wait patiently outside in our wedding jail until the ceremony ends. The reception will be in the same location as the ceremony!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking is free and overnight parking is allowed. We highly encourage people utilize rideshare services.

When does the party end?

Our DJ will be bumpin' tunes until midnight! Can't wait to dance with you all.

Yes. We'll have some appetizers during cocktail hour, and dinner will be served around 6pm.

Duh. Please come ready for dessert, served by the one and only Gruttadauria's 1914 Bakery. We highly suggest saving room for this and expect to take home whatever you can’t eat.

Will transportation to and from the hotel blocks be provided?

Answer

Unfortunately we cannot provide transportation as of now. There are lots of rideshare options in this area (uber/lyft), and the venue offers free overnight parking.

Will Delaney be changing her last name?

Answer

We are so sorry in advance to anyone who is new to pronouncing Gruttadauria. But it's time to learn. Or at least give it your best shot because Delaney is indeed taking it. Jeff Gruttadauria (unrelated but who shares the last name) will be offering pronunciation lessons day-of.
